Just what I needed Jul 01, 2010 I needed a wireless solution for a sub as I wanted to place it on the opposite wall of the TV, this due to a common wall where the TV is mounted. The sub fit real nice behind by primary listening chairs and sounds great. No problems with the wireless and it provides more than enough bass! The only thing that would have made it better for my application is a remote (wireless) level control as I live in a townhome and need to adjust accordingly depending on the day of the week and the time of day.....aren't I a nice neighbor? Real good fit and finish and installed in a few minutes.....love it!!! Lance

Not Pleased Jun 30, 2009 Product arrived promptly. Wireing was missing that attaches the transmitter to the TV. Once that was acquired, I had a professional from the Big Screen Store come out to my house. The brand new TV worked great but the Subwoofer DID NOT. We are now trying to find out why but so far no luck. Not happy.
Shakes your couch Apr 05, 2009 Unless you have a huge room this is one great sub. And the wireless works perfect. There was no other way for me to place the Sub where it needed to be without it being wireless. The is no way you know its wireless. Easy set up and forget it.
Wireless subwoofer works as expectd Jan 20, 2009 In short, my requirements for a subwoofer were modest, and this one is serving just fine. I wanted the wireless connection and a budget price with a recognized name in speakers. After reading other reviews I was a little concerned about possible "popping" noises when the speaker automatically turns on, however I have not had any such problem. The auto-on feature works just fine, and the speaker controls are simple and obvious. So far so good. My expectations are fully met, and the wireless setup could not be better.

almost ok except for snap & pop Oct 26, 2008 Great idea; a wireless subwoofer. Sound is OK except for a loud snap and pop when it wakes up and attempts to play the last note the stereo just sent. Not very attractive, rather large and bulky. Has to be hidden away.

Consumer Reports Says Buy Your HDTV at Amazon!
Washington, D.C. (October 31, 2008) -- When it comes to price, Consumer Reports says shoppers are most likely to find the best deals online. And the publication called three ecommerce sites "standouts" in this year's Consumer Reports ratings of electronics stores: Amazon.com, Crutchfield.com and B&H (bhphotovideo.com)
The magazine's survey was based on more than 38,000 purchases of electronics, including flat-screen TVs, between January 2007 and June 2008. The report indicated that online stores consistently offered better prices. (The magazine's full report can be found in its December 2008 issue.)
"Buying online can be better," the magazine said in a press release. "The higher-rated electronics retailers in Consumer Reports annual reader survey are Web sites. Readers who bought online rated their overall satisfaction at 90 out of 100 -- higher than those who bought in a store. Additionally, many Web merchants offer free shipping, even on TVs, which could spare the hassle of struggling to fit a bulky carton in the car or paying a local store for delivery."
Consumer Reports said that while no single retailer scored excellent in all shopping categories, Amazon.com and Crutchfield.com came closest.
